FAMILY

Still happily living with my partner Jon Lodge.  My son John and his wife Amy just had their second child, a daughter Mercy Jane, on July 4.  She joins her brother Henry, now 5.  They live in DC.  My daughter Liz and her husband Johnny live in Bozeman, Montana and have two:
Jack, 5 1/2 and Ruby, 2 1/2.

EDUCATION/WORK
Artist and graphic designer.  "Fiberarts" magazine published feature article about my embroidered found photographs in their Sept/Oct 2010 issue.  On my website www.janedeschner.com, you can download a pdf of it and also see the kind of work I'm doing.
 
LIFE
Life continues to get better.  My children and their children are wonderful.  i have a great, very supportive partner, work that I will never retire from and enough unknowns to make it all interesting.
