I married my wife Joyce in 1976 and we have a daughter Synda (25) and a son Taylor (23).

LIFE
Forty years pass like 40 months...I still remember graduation.  I have been very blessed, married to a beautiful gal.  Our children (Synda has a Masters in Communicative Disorders and is married and Taylor has a BS in Business) own homes just a few miles from our house.  My son has chosen to join me in my business.  We have four development projects in Florida and three in Topeka and some commercial holdings in both locations.  We live on the water in a small community on the west coast of Florida--Gulf of Mexico.  Joyce and I love to cruise and fish on our boat.  We have been on many cruise club trips to several Florida Keys destinations, the Caribbean and many ports of call along the east and west coast of Florida.  Life is wonderful.  God has given me more that I deserve..thanks.
