FAMILY
I married Doug Freeman, Class of '65, in 1966, had our son Logan in 1978 and were divorced in 2009.  Logan has also gone through a divorce and is now married to Kate.  They live in College Station, TX and both work for The Assoc. of Former Students at Texas A&M

LIFE
When Doug and I married he was working on his BS in chemistry at KU and I was working as a computer operator.  After graduation in 1969, we moved to Stony Brook, NY so Doug could pursue his MS in physics (I was STILL working as a computer operator).  In 1975--3 degrees later, we moved to Bartlesville, OK to work for Phillips Petroleum. Between raising Logan and being moved back and forth between Bartlesville and Borger, TX (we're on our 3rd "tour" in Bartlesville), the years have flown by.  We retired in 2002 and spend our time volunteering (both of us), bridge (me), golf (Doug) and consulting (Doug).

Update:  After 43 years of marriage, and a divorce, I am happier than I've been in a long time.  The divorce decision wasn't easy, but I'm stronger for it.  Doug and I are still on friendly terms and he also lives in Bartlesville.  We're both getting on with our lives and still waiting for that 1st grandchild.
