FAMILY
Married Kylee Smith (Class of 64). We have two sons, Mike (34) graduated from Colorado State and now lives in Seattle. Scott (32) attended KU and graduated from Colorado State. He and his wife Kelly live in Seattle. In 1989 Kylee and I were divorced and I married Bonnie in 1992. I gained a new wife and two more children. Shane (35) graduated from KU and lives with his wife Karen and three children in Irvine, CA. Keely (31) attended KU and now lives with her husband Matt in Boston.
EDUCATION/WORK
I graduated from KU in 1972 with a B.Sc. in Pharmacy. Currently managing a Kroger City Market Pharmacy in Montrose, CO. Served on the Colorado State Board of Pharmacy from 1992-2000. President 1999-2000. Served on the Montrose Board of Education for 6 yrs. Was chosen as Colorado Pharmacist of the Year in 2002 by the Colorado Pharmacist Society.
LIFE
Moved to Boulder, CO after graduating from KU and then to Montrose, CO in 1979. My wife Bonnie retired from the local school district 3 yrs. ago after 27 years, 18 yrs. as elementary principal. Bonnie was chosen as the Colorado Elementary Principal of the Year in 1996.
We both are active in our community and we enjoy biking, tennis, golf and skiing.
