EDUCATION/WORK
My career has involved a couple of restaurants--fun, but not profitable--and medical sales for the remainder. Currently involved in a large franchise project which should allow the illusive retirement venue to occur by the next reunion--geez, I would hope so!!!!
LIFE
It's been quite a ride, these past 40 years since graduation. The road has been full of ups and downs--the latter of which is not worth talking about!! The ups have been great and hope to be more plentiful than the downs!!! Would like to retire, like many classmates, but still working at it. Truly enjoy the email/telephone camaraderie with the many classmates who take the time to stay in touch. If that's not you, then jump in, the water's fine!!!! Still don't understand lots of things in life, so I'm trying to search out the answers--like why the eyes get worse, the hair goes away or moves around, the mid-life crisis thing, PMS for both sexes (an no manual to understand either activity), this weight thing, memory changes, sagging, falling or failing parts and the increased morning need to streeeeeetch!!!! Maybe the next 5 years will add wisdom to the age and I will have understood the aforementioned. In the meantime, hang in there, stay in touch, have a toast with me and also try to figure out why joggers never smile!!! Life is much more full when great friends are still a part of things. Cheers to the Class of '65, what a heck-of-bunch we turned out to be, eh?????
